How can I transfer my account to another device?

Did you just get a new device and want to play Evoker on it? 

If both of your devices are using iOS, you can store your account in the Cloud by using Game Center (iOS). Once you saved your game this way on your old device, you can connect your new device to the same Apple ID and the game will load automatically. 
If you are playing on Android or Windows or want to move your phone without using the cloud, please create a new game on your new device and send us a support request with the following information: 
  • Your exact lost accounts name
  • Your exact new accounts name
  • Estimated registration date of the lost account
  • Last login to the lost account
  • Estimated Gem count of the lost account.
Once you send us this information, we will manually move your account to a different device.
