If you lost your account and can't access it anymore, please first try to connect to Game Center (iOS) and see if you stored your game in the cloud.
If you are using Android or Windows or if your game wasn't saved in the cloud, please start a new game on your device, and send us a support request with the following information:
- The exact name and level of your lost account
- The exact name and level of your new account
- Estimated registration date of your lost account
- Last login date to your lost account
- Estimated Gem count on the lost account
Once you send us this information, we will manually recover your account!
