We have fixed the store issue and you should now be able to access the store and buy products again.
A compensation with the appropriate number of gems has been sent out to all users who were not able to collect their Daily Gems for the Monthly Gem Package due to the shop outage. The gems were/will be automatically added to your account on restart of the game.

We are currently investigating issues connected to Gem purchases and collecting Daily Gems from the Monthly Gem Package on Android devices.
Please allow us some time to look into this matter. Of course, we will update our players as soon as there are any news concerning this.
Until the issue is fixed, you are unfortunately not able to carry out any in-app purchase in the game or to collect your Daily Gems (you might receive a notification that you are offline instead).
